Mission.

Crossing the Bridge Mentor Program is committed to giving our youth leadership, development skills, and emotional and social skills to succeed in life. Through interactive training, team building exercises, leadership development, and a focus on themes such as goal setting, decision making, conflict resolution, effective communication, and teamwork, we empower our youth. Our mentees undergo training and have statewide background checks. As Christian believers, they dedicate their lives to Jesus Christ and aspire to serve God’s children. Our target audience includes troubled youth in schools, those in the court system, youth dealing with substance abuse, those in the juvenile system, and foster youth aging out of the system. As a father, husband, and man of faith, I firmly believe that every believer has a responsibility to positively impact our youth. By introducing them to the Lord Jesus Christ, we can transform their lives. Let’s work together to make a difference and give glory to God!
